If you select the Clean Registry module for instance, you are asked whether you want to run a full scan or a custom scan. Just switch to it, and select the option to start the process. This is done on the Cleaning and Optimize tab. You can run these three core modules individually as well. It may reduce the wait time before hung processes are killed, optimize the icon cache, or disable low disk space notifications.
